About

I started designing at 15.

I never really stopped.

Hi, I'm Steisi. Story Above Studio is where a teenager's obsession with making things look right grew into a studio that helps businesses show up the way they deserve.

Founder, Story Above Studio

It started with a blank canvas

I opened my first design tool at fifteen and was hooked. Logos, posters, social posts: I learned by making, breaking and remaking until it felt right. That habit of looking closely at how things are put together never left.

Albania → Canada

A new country, a sharper eye

I grew up in Albania and built my life in Canada. Starting over somewhere new teaches you to listen first and explain things plainly, and that is how I still work with every client.

Teams

Learning how businesses actually grow

Design was never enough on its own. I worked across ecommerce, inbound marketing and communications, which showed me what makes a website earn its keep: clear words, a fast site, and a reason to act.

Giving back

Marketing with a mission

I volunteer as Digital Marketing Director for NSDE, an international nonprofit helping Afghan women and girls get an education, and I helped communicate TEDxRegina's ideas worth spreading. Good communication changes what people can do.

Today

Story Above Studio

Now I bring it all together for growing businesses: websites, brands and marketing, planned and run by one team with one point of contact. We are early, we are hungry, and every project we take on gets the care I would want for my own.

Story Above Studio

A website studio led by founder Steisi Topalli. We take on two builds at a time, so every client works with the founder from the first call to launch day. Each site is planned, written and designed around one question: why should your best client choose you?
