Story Above Studio collects only what we need to answer you, decide whether we can help, and do the work. We never sell your information.

What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, email, business name, website and your answers to our questions, including revenue ranges and budgets. When you visit our site, our website platform (Odoo) uses cookies to keep the site working. We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages bring in enquiries, and Microsoft Clarity to see, without your name, how visitors scroll and click so we can fix confusing pages. Clarity does not record what you type into forms. You can block both with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, prepare for our call, send the free teardown you asked for, and send quotes and invoices if you become a client.

Who can see it

Only the Story Above team. Freelancers who help on projects never receive your contact details. Our website, CRM and invoicing run on Odoo, which stores the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Leads who don't become clients: up to 2 years, then deleted. Clients: as long as tax law requires us to keep business records.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you. Email info@storyabove.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

Emails from us

If we email you about our services, every email says who we are and how to stop hearing from us. Reply "no thanks" and we stop.
